Our Discipleship Approach
Our Discipleship Ministry is dedicated to helping believers of all ages and stages of faith grow deeper in their relationship with God. Through a variety of programs and initiatives, we aim to equip our congregation with the knowledge, tools, and community needed to become mature followers of Christ.

• Small Groups: We place a strong emphasis on small group discipleship, where believers can engage in meaningful Bible study, share life experiences, and spur one another on in their faith.
• Mentoring: Our Discipleship Ministry facilitates mentoring relationships, pairing younger believers with more mature Christians who can offer guidance, accountability, and wisdom.
• Equipping Workshops: Throughout the year, we host various workshops and training sessions covering topics such as prayer, evangelism, biblical worldview, and more.

Discipleship Pathways
At KBC, we believe that discipleship is a lifelong journey, not a one-time event. That's why we offer multiple discipleship pathways to meet people where they are and help them take their next steps.

• New Believers: For those who are new to the faith, our Discipleship Ministry provides a solid foundation in the basics of Christianity, equipping them to grow in their walk with God.
• Maturing Believers: For believers who are further along in their faith, we offer more advanced discipleship opportunities to help them deepen their understanding of Scripture, strengthen their spiritual disciplines, and live out their faith in practical ways.
• Ministry Leaders: We also invest in the spiritual development of our ministry leaders, recognizing that strong, Godly leadership is essential for the health and growth of the church.
