The church runs a highly functional and successful childrenâ€™s ministry.
At KBC we want Sunday to be the best day of the week for everyone, especially our children! We have a special place for your child on Sundays.
Our Childrenâ€™s Ministry provides a safe, spiritual and fun environment where Godâ€™s Word comes to life.
Upon your arrival at KBC you may bring your child to the Sunday School and they will be met with a warm welcoming smile by our Childrenâ€™s Ministry team.Your child will laugh, learn, play, explore, grow, feel loved, and will not want to leave.
This is a ministry dedicated to meeting the needs of people in the church and our community. Caring ministry programs vary far and wide when it comes to
the groups that the church tends to serve. In many ways the church stands with
those hurting or lost in their time of need. for example,
Caring for church family members facing a serious illness through hospital visits and others.
Cup of cold water. A ministry that caters for people living with HIV/AIDS. This ministry has done a lot to bring hope and comfort to the
people living with HIV/AIDS especially in the community around the
Caring for local community needs. As a church, we gather a group of young children/men to volunteer monthly in our community
through cleaning and others.
Designed to meet the specific needs of married people in the
congregation and those that have been wedded at Kampala Baptist Church. Monthly events are planned to meet the various needs of
couples in our church.
A couple's conference that invites both church couples and those that have been wedded in Kampala Baptist Church happens on the last Saturday of November every year.
This Ministry brings together men and boys within the body of believers at Kampala Baptist Church.
The ministryâ€™s activities are geared at having the Gifted men (which is all the men) Groom and Galvanize each other.
This is a vibrant ministry that brings together all the women in the
Church, regardless of how old they are. One of the ministryâ€™s regular
events is the Ladies prayer breakfast, which takes place early in the
morning on every third Saturday of the month.
Kampala Baptist Church has over the years enjoyed fine worship courtesy of the Churchâ€™s dedicated worship ministry members.
Besides the regular Sunday and Saturday services, the worship
ministry has always put together fine productions, covering the major
events on the Church calendar.
This is designed to meet the specific needs of the young adults.
Baptist Students Ministry - It is certainly one of
the most successful youth ministries of Kampala Baptist Church. It has
ministered Christâ€™s message of deliverance, hope and love to many
college and university students over the years. Formerly based at
Wandegeya, next to Makerere University.
The University/college ministry is now based at Kampala Baptist
Church, which is also located near the countryâ€™s oldest and biggest
university, Makerere. This ministry has activities designed to reach
college and University with the claims of Christ.
